Each item is handcrafted and assembled with love just for you and your loved one. Due to this, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to ship.
Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:
- USA: 3–6 business days with Standard shipping (2–4 business days with Expedited)
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- UK & EU: 4–7 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return window: Returns must be requested within 20 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
- Custom & personalized items: Items that have been personalized or custom-made are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
